This instrument is a specialized chromatograph designed for coal mine fire prediction and fire safety. It can analyze the atmosphere of mine gas, predict the degree of gas explosion danger in fire prediction, and fully analyze the components of gas outburst. The instrument has high impact resistance and vibration resistance, and can be applied to vehicles.

The instrument consists of a host, a high-performance chromatography column, a methane converter, a thermal conductivity detector, and a dual hydrogen flame detector. It is controlled by a microcomputer and can achieve automatic switching of valves and detector signals. It is equipped with four gas flow sensors, which are connected to the computer through data cables. The signals are collected and processed by a mine gas dedicated chromatography workstation.

Adopting beam tube application technology, manual and automatic injection can be freely selected, equipped with a 20 channel sampling system to achieve uninterrupted cyclic sampling analysis, and automatic printing of analysis reports.

• It can edit the historical records in the database and generate two forms of reports in order of sampling location and sampling time; Users can also freely design report formats according to their needs;

Four independent temperature control systems: column box, converter, TCD detector box, and FID detector box can all independently control their temperature.
